Ask my GP is available from 8 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday.
The fastest way to get help is through askmyGP - we can usually respond within the hour, always same day if you submit by 5pm on working days.
You can ask about any problem or question, for yourself as a patient or as a parent or carer. If you telephone the practice we ask the same questions, but online there is no need to wait on the phone.
Repeat prescriptions: please use SystmOnline once you are registered.
For emergencies please use the phone, and out of hours urgent calls please call 111.
Larwood Health Partnership Notice Board
Monday’s are the busiest day for us at Larwood Health Partnership. If daily demand becomes too high and we cannot manage the number of requests within the resources we have available, we may have to instigate an emergency only appointment system. You can help us to avoid that by contacting us on a day other than a Monday when we are generally less busy.
Thank you for your help.
In a life threatening emergency you should call 999. Chest pains, severe shortness of breath, severe abdominal pain or signs of a stroke are examples of an emergency.
Requests via AskmyGP are only monitored when the surgery is open and urgent problems should not be submitted outside surgery opening hours.
When we are closed, Patients should contact 111 for medical advice. A dedicated call centre will deal with your enquiry and advise as necessary. You may be offered an appointment to attend the Bassetlaw Primary Care Centre at Bassetlaw Hospital.
