From October Larwood & Bawtry Primary Care Network (PCN) will be offering appointments until 8pm Monday to Friday and on a Saturday between 9am and 5pm.

We would very much value your opinions on how we can best deliver these appointments.

Practice Nurse – vaccinations(Shingles childhood etc)/dressings/Cervical screening

Health Care Support Worker – NHS Health Checks/removal of stitches/hypertension & CKD reviews

First Contact Physiotherapist – can help with Musculo-skeletal aches and pains such as back shoulder or knee pain

Minor Illness Practitioner – can help with acute problems such as general infections and tonsilitis as well as being able to offer long term conditions reviews

Pharmacists – medications reviews and long term condition management

Mental Health Practitioner – Advice and support regarding mental health either short term or long term

Social Prescriber Link Workers – able to assess health and wellbeing needs and signpost to support groups
