Face Coverings

Government guidance is that members of the public wear a face covering in some social settings. To ensure the protection of our patients and staff we are therefore requesting that if you are asked to attend an appointment at the surgery that you wear either a face mask or a home-made face covering of some type, this could even be a scarf.

Information on how to wear and make a cloth face covering is available on the GOV.UK website.

We would also like to remind our patients to only attend the surgery if you have been asked to do so by a member of our team. Patients will not be admitted to any of the sites without an appointment and only if they have brought a face mask or face covering to wear.

This does not need to be a surgical mask, a home made face covering or scarf is sufficient. Due to the limited stock of PPE we are unable to provide face masks to those arriving without one and you may be refused entry to the surgery.

Thank you for helping us to keep our patients and staff safe.
