Thursday 27th September - Carlton Youth Club, Costhorpe - 8.30-12.30

Friday 5th October - Oakleaf Surgery, Harworth - 8.30-12.30

Thursday 18th October - Kilton Community Centre, Worksop - 1.00-6.00 This is for over 65 yrs, patients at risk and healthy children aged 2-3 yrs

Tuesday 23rd October  - Westwood Surgery, Worksop - 2.00-6.00 This is for over 65 yrs, patients at risk and healthy children aged 2-3 yrs

Friday 26th October - Oakleaf Surgery - 15:00 – 17:00pm

Tuesday 13th November - Carlton Civic Centre - 2pm - 5.30pm (all ages)

Who can have a flu vaccination?

*Patients over 65 years of age (born on or before 31/03/54)
*Those in receipt of Carers allowance or who are the main carer of an older or disabled person
*Pregnant ladies
*Healthy Children aged 2 & 3 (DOB – 1/9/14 up to and including 31/08/16)
*A weakened Immune system due to disease or treatment
*Patients with a BMI of 40 or above
*Patients with one or more of the following conditions:
Heart Disease, Diabetes, Asthma, Chronic Renal Disease, Chronic Liver Disease, Immunosuppression, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), Cystic Fibrosis, Chronic Neurological Disease such as Parkinson’s disease, motor neurone disease or learning disability, Splenic dysfunction
