At our ‘Outstanding’ GP Practice
Hours: 37.5 hours a week
£38,000-£45,000 depending on experience
After 50 years in her nursing career we are saying goodbye to our Nurse Manager who is retiring later this year. She has successfully managed, developed and inspired the team of 14 Practice Nurses and Healthcare Support Workers we have across our 5 sites during the years she has been with us.
This role will be highly rewarding for someone with the passion, determination, knowledge and skills to ensure we continue to deliver a first class service to our patients. You will manage the delivery of effective and efficient healthcare including chronic disease management, wound care, travel health, child immunisation and cervical cytology, and may undertake some clinical sessions. You will also provide support, training and mentorship to the nursing team as well as supporting the Management Team in reviewing clinical policy and procedure.

Larwood Health Partnership is a GP Practice based over 5 sites. We believe in delivering a first class service to our patients and were recently rated as “Outstanding” by CQC. Our patient list size continues to grow and as a result we are looking for a conscientious individual to complement our team of expert Medical Receptionists/Telephonists.
You will need to have at least 2 years’ experience in a customer service based role and/or working as part of a team within a very busy and, at times pressurised, office environment.
Initiative, empathy, good written and verbal communication skills, resilience, confidentiality and common sense are essential as you will be dealing with sensitive confidential information on a daily basis.
Grades 4 – 9 are required (or equivalent) in 5 subjects including Maths and English
The hours of the post are flexible to meet the needs of the organisation and may range from 08:00 am to 20:00 pm as well as occasional weekends.
You may be required to work at any of our sites in Worksop, Langold, Carlton and Harworth and will be given your rota at least 3 weeks in advance.
