Shout 85258

Shout are available 24/7 to text for issues such as anxiety, stress, depression and PTSD. They are run by volunteers and overseen by clinically trained staff. Text NOTTS to 85258 to get started. People of any age can use this service.
The Sleep Charity

The Sleep Charity provide support and advice to empower the nation to sleep better. They offer resources on their website on how to improve sleep.
Suicide Prevention UK
