SystmConnect is available from 08:00 Monday to Friday for non-urgent queries and administration requests. It should not be used for urgent medical queries which need assessing today.

How to request medical help
Urgent medical concerns for today
If your medical concern is urgent and needs to be dealt with today, please call us on 01909 500233 or come into reception.
Please do not use SystmConnect for urgent same-day medical problems, as online requests may not be reviewed immediately.
Routine and non-urgent medical concerns
For routine medical concerns, please complete a SystmConnect request online.
Your request will be triaged by our GP team, who will decide the most appropriate next step. This may be an appointment with a member of our team, or another suitable service.
Appointments may be offered on the day or up to two weeks ahead, depending on clinical need and availability.
Home visit requests
If you need a home visit because you are housebound, please submit your request as early as possible and clearly state that you are housebound.
How we will contact you
Requests are responded to by text message, email, or phone. Please tell us in your request if you need to be contacted in a different way.
Submitting a request for someone else
If you are submitting a request on behalf of someone else, please enter the patient’s details, not your own, so we can match the request to the correct medical record.
