The Connect to Work programme offers free personalised employment support for people living in Derby, Derbyshire, Nottingham and Nottinghamshire.
Working alongside you, employment advisers can help you:
- Identify your strengths, skills and goals
- Create a personalised action plan
- Find employment that matches your needs and aspirations
- Connect with employers
- Coordinate support with other relevant services
The programme is designed to support people who may benefit from extra help because of a physical or mental health condition, disability, or other challenges affecting employment.
