Appointments are now available to book at a variety of times to suit you.

You can book your appointment online using the link in the message or using our automated telephone service.

When booking, please select/specify “Covid and Flu”. You can also choose to have just one of them if you prefer.

Due to updated guidance, we now need to obtain your consent before administering your covid and flu vaccination.

We cannot give you your vaccinations without your consent.

Completing your consent before you attend will help make your visit quicker, although you can also provide consent when you arrive.

Please read the NHS information about the flu vaccine, including possible side effects and risks:

If you:

• are fit and well
• have read and understood the information about the covid and flu vaccines
• are happy to receive your vaccination

Please provide your consent using the link sent to you. All you need to do is type ‘CONSENT’.
