Alert: Patient Notice
Due to unforeseen circumstances, Lakeside Surgery will close at 12:00 for the rest of the day. We have contacted all patients and offered an appointment at another site.
Our other three sites remain open. The nearest site is Village Surgery in Carlton-in-Lindrick, which is open for appointments and general queries.
Lakeside will reopen at our normal opening time next Tuesday, after the bank holiday.
We apologise for the short notice of this announcement and any inconvenience caused.
