Phone Lines
Our phone lines are open Monday to Friday 08:00 to 18:30. The surgery is open for pre-booked appointments on Saturdays, but our phone lines are closed.
Our phone lines can be extremely busy and we encourage patients that have access to the internet to use SystmConnect.
Extended Hours
We offer Enhanced Access appointments across our sites between 6:30pm-8:00pm on Weekdays and 9:00am-5:00pm on Saturdays. Please see individual site opening hours for details.

Non-urgent advice: Out of Hours Service
When we are closed, patients should contact 111 for medical advice. A dedicated call centre will deal with your enquiry and advise as necessary. You may be offered an appointment to attend the Bassetlaw Hospital or be dealt with immediately as necessary.
