Lakeside Surgery Building Works

We are excited to inform you that we will be carrying out significant upgrades to our Lakeside Surgery in the month of September and the first week in October. Our plans include creating additional clinical space and refurbishing the reception area.

There will be some disruption during this period and we will be running a reduced appointment schedule, as most of the site will be undergoing major works. We will contact patients if we need to rearrange appointments. The building will be accessible to those with pre-booked appointments only, using the door at the rear of the building. This will be an accessible entrance for people with disabilities.

There will be no administration service – please submit any admin queries on SystmConnect, via our website, call us or visit Village Surgery in Carlton-in-Lindrick. A postbox will be affixed to the perimeter/security barriers for repeat prescription requests. Thank you for your patience whilst we undertake these works, which will ensure the practice is improved for the long term.
