​If English is not your first language and you require translation services, please contact the reception team using Smart Triage, or call the surgery on 01909 500 233. 

The receptionist will take your chosen language and organise the most appropriate appointment for you.  Some members of our team speak more than one language and can help you to make an appointment.  We have access to translation services that can be made available to translate during your appointment.

Alternatively, if you have a trusted friend/family member who you are comfortable with knowing your medical details, you are able to bring them with you, or they can speak on your behalf on the telephone.
