Request Medication Online – You can order your repeat medications electronically through the links below. Please allow 2 working days for your prescription to be sent to the pharmacy of your choice. We suggest you allow the pharmacy at least 1 additional working day to dispense your medication.​

The online services link with your record directly so that you can order exactly what you need and makes requesting repeat prescriptions faster and easier. You can download the NHSApp from the App Store or Google Play. If you are not signed up to either of these services you can leave a message on our telephone prescription line by phoning 01909 500233 and selecting the automated Prescription Line.

If you prefer, you can call the surgery on 01909 500 233 and press option 2. You will then be asked to enter your PIN to order your medication.

Please allow up to 72 hours for your request to be processed.

Medication Queries

If you have any queries about your medication, or you do not know how to take your medication, your pharmacist may be able to advise you. If they cannot, or you aren’t sure if your medication is suitable for you, please call us on 01909 500 233 and speak with our reception team.
